HOW DOES A SEPTIC SYSTEM WORK?
A septic tank system filters wastewater from your home or business. This waste travels down your sewer lines to your tank. Tanks can be made of concrete, plastic, or fiberglass.
The tank portion of the system acts like a dumpster for your household waste, which needs to be emptied on a regular basis. Solids collect in the tank to be separated from liquids. The liquids are then sent to the drainfield. These solids can back up your entire system if not properly emptied.
The liquid portion of your wastewater is filtered and then treated in your drainfield.

SEPTIC TANK PUMPING
We recommend having your septic tank pumped a minimum of every two years. Pumping the solids retained at the bottom of your tank regularly can improve the function of your septic system. Give us a call and we can clean your system professionally and efficiently.

SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTION
Before the sale of a home or business, the septic system must pass an inspection. We are MS03 and NAWT qualified inspectors for all systems in New Mexico.
